Afterthoughts (6/2/99)
Can you feel the pain that I do
On this cloudy afternoon?
Can you feel the hurt that I can
It's in my heart for you.
And can you feel the sorrow
Do you hear it in my voice?
For today is just an afterthought of tommorow.

There are no words to say to you
For the well it has gone dry.
There are no things to give to you
Execpt these tears that I now cry.
And there is nothing I can do
Can you see it in my eyes?
For I am just an afterthought of your tommorow.

I can't see the future now
I've stumbled and I've fell.
I can't stop the changes here.
There is nothing left to tell.
And I can't save us from our fates
Why do you cling onto my ghost?
For it was just an afterthought of lost tommorows.
